Relaxed

Mmmmm…I’ve had a lovely weekend! Saturday morning I was woken up by M who got home from working nightshift. He told me to pack a bag…swimsuit, gym clothes and some extra clothes, “We’re going away for the night”. Not a word about what or where we were going. After about two hours drive we arrived at this beautiful Lundsbrunn Spa and Resort. He had booked us for a spa weekend!!!!
It’s been great, been pampered a whole weekend. I’ve had a mudpack for my entire body, and back massage. I’ve also attended a yoga class and been relaxing in their warm pool (30 degrees centigrade). We’ve had a lovely three-course dinner, breakfast and lunch buffé, can it be better?!?! :-)

Rockstar workout

Soooo tired!! And my muscles will be very sore tomorrow. But what a day! A friend of mine and I went to this Nike Personality Tour, a one day convent for people who love to exercise. We’ve done Step up, Dance Areobics, Forza (a new way of exercising with a wooden sword, inspired by Aikido and the like.), Rockstar Workout and Pilates. Great fun, but I can tell you it was hard doing all these choreographed classes. I got all tangled up in my arms and feet. ;-)
