Dale Chihuly
The other day Inredningsbloggen blogged about my favourite glass artist Dale Chihuly. He creates the most amazing glass works. I particularly like his Ikebanas and the Persians.

Sponge cake filled with raspberry mousse and lemon curd mousse. Covered in sugarpaste.

A tipsy cake inspired by Colette Peter's amazing cakes. Sponge cake filled with pear mousse and Toblerone mousse. Covered with sugarpaste. Decorations in sugarpaste as well.

This Armani shirt cake was for my brother. Chocolate cake filled with pear mousse and covered with sugarpaste.

Christening cakes
For our daughters Christening I made these cakes. They are sponge cakes filled with rasperry mousse and Toblerone mousse and covered with marcipan. Decorations are made in sugarpaste.
